Orders usually arrive within 20-30 days. Occasionally orders can take longer, however, some of our suppliers have a 60-day guarantee for the time you order or other's have a 28-Day guarantee.
Because we arrange to have our products shipped directly to you from our suppliers, the shipping process is unfortunately out of our control. In the unlikely event you have not received your order within 60 days, we can offer you one of the following:
1) Partial Refund and a Reorder
If your order has not arrived within 60 days we can offer you a partial refund and reorder it from our supplier. This essentially gives you a large discount, along with the original items you ordered.
2) Full Refund
If your order has not arrived within 60 days of your payment you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 60 days of your payment.
