Please note that many of our products ship directly from our factory overseas, so a delivery time of up to 60 days is normal.

Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include sales tax and shipping charges which will be added where applicable. Products ordered are subject to availability. There is a delay of 1-3 business days between order placement and the time when the order is accepted and payment is verified. Due to this, there may be inventory changes in the availability of the product. If availability changes, we will notify you as soon as possible.
For most items, in the unlikely situation that your product is faulty, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Return shipping reimbursement is not available for this.
If you receive a defective item, we will certainly replace it or refund your purchase price. We don't want unhappy customers!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We are unable to accept returns/exchanges if:
-Item(s) was a final sale item
-Item(s) are in any way damaged from the original and sellable condition
-Item(s) have been worn or washed
-Item(s) have been altered
-Item(s) do not have the original tags on them
-Items(s) are postmarked more than 7 days beyond the delivery date
Please contact us prior to returning items. Include your number on the shipping label. You can use your Contact Us form or send an email directly.
Refunds cannot be issued to a different payment source than the one they originally came from. Once we have received your returned item(s), we will inspect them and they should be processed within 48 hours.
Our restocking fee is $5.00 per item and will be applied to all returns that are not due to our error.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refund Processing (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email or use our Contact Form to let us know.
To return your product, email us for a return address and to provide additional information.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
